Each session will be one-on-one with Vanessa

and will require an intake/information meeting

a week beforehand. These meetings can be done

via Zoom, if preferred.

The practice of using instruments such as metal bowls, crystals bowls, tuning forks, gongs, and others to resonate sound within your body for relaxation.

​The practice of uniting mind, body and inner self through methods of breathing and focus. Meditation is a way to achieve mindfulness.
