Energy Transfer Meditation

We all have times that we just need another person to lift us up. Family, friend, significant other, etc. But sometimes, a hug just isn’t enough; sometimes we just need the positive energy that being near them can provide. Sometimes we need to sit in their presence longer than a few minutes.
Center of attention
An energy transfer meditation is a great way to absorb that positivity; it’s when two or more people engage in a meditation session where all of their positive energy is focused and shared with someone else.
For instance, in a partner meditation, two people who want to share their energy could face each other, close their eyes, touch each other in some way (placing their flat palms together), and sit quietly while concentrating on that physical connection. Those two people will begin to feel each other’s energy flow through themselves and it deepens their connection and understanding of each other.
Another instance could be a group of people who want to share their high vibes with only one person and that person sits in the middle of the circle, maybe holding some type of receiving instrument (crystal, candle, etc.). This type of meditation can be used when someone is about to get married or have a baby and the outside circle wants to pass along their wisdoms through vibes and frequencies. This could also be used in the instance of a death or failed relationship where the outside circle wants to focus their love and high vibes on the griever.
Mantra
Here is a sample mantra that can be spoken during an energy transfer meditation:
I share with you, (receiver’s name or relationship), my high vibrations. Carry them with you and use them for the ultimate good.
A word of caution: if you are planning on holding an energy transfer meditation session, I encourage each individual participant to hold a solo session beforehand to clear any negative flows that they could potentially bring into the group. Otherwise, maybe that soul also needs to be the focus of an energy transfer meditation session.
Love each other!
Namaste
